About ourselves
History and mission of Capacity Broker
The majority of HR professionals are burnt out, and would like to do work that is creative, yet has tangible results and business value. Many people would like to get rid of the multi and would rather start a business, bring back the effervescence to their daily work, and would like to do something that goes beyond themselves and is recognized as part of a team.
As a former HRI really feel for this situation. I myself started my career as a recruiter and later worked in corporate HR. As I moved up the ranks, I felt less and less connected to the world and lost the joy of the day's work. Lots of travel, constant meetings and email exchanges made up my days and I didn't feel the benefit of my presence. This was also indicated by increasing headaches, chronic fatigue and starting allergies. That's when I decided to change.
Digitization and changes in the business world brought the solution - I started working in projects.Everything I wanted was fulfilled in the project work: varied and creative work, contact at all levels of the company, professional responsibility as a manager and expert, infrequent trips that were meaningful and useful for the project, attractive daily wage, lots of training, new people -in a word: Life. Every day I have time to do sports, family and rest are also part of my days, so that financial security and professional development are also fulfilled.
More and more people in my environment noticed the positive change in me, and many inquired: how could they also start working on projects?
This gave me the idea to share with others the many experiences I have gained so far in the world of HR projects. I myself have often felt the lack of a professional team to whom I can turn for advice and experience. With the help of some helpful professionals, we created Capacity Broker in order to transfer our experience, ideas and knowledge gained in HR projects to those who also want to start on this path.
On the Capacity Broker pagewe promote HR project work, transfer project management knowledge and form an HR project workforce community.
We would like every company's HR area to acquire knowledge of project management, business analysis and change management, and to consciously plan and use the power and value of the project's workforce.
We look forward to seeing youall HR professionals who want to work on projects in the future, independently, yet as part of a professional team, exploiting the power of the community through continuous knowledge sharing and support.
